Shipping and Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery and shipment of orders within Philippines shall be handled by Filcon Ventures, Inc. or Outdoor Depot PH, or its affiliate companies or parties. Delivery of the products shall be made to the address you specify in your order.
  1. Any orders that are left unpaid for 3 business-days will be automatically canceled. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment. Once the payment has been received, the buyer will be notified upon the set delivery date. 
  1. Upon delivery of item, the buyer should present one of the following:
  2. a) Confirmation letter
  3. b) Valid ID with photo and signature. (Please refer to acceptable Government valid ID listed under Order Requirements)
  1. In the absence of the cardholder, an authorized representative may receive the product provided the following will be presented:
  2. a) Confirmation letter
  3. b) Signed authorization letter from cardholder
  4. c) Clear copy of cardholder’s valid ID with photo and signature
  5. d) Clear copy of representative’s valid ID with photo and signature
  1. Please observe the guidelines upon delivery which was mentioned above as there will be no release of item without the confirmation letter, valid ID of cardholder, signed authorization letter, if applicable and copy of representative’s valid ID, if applicable.
  2. Filcon Ventures, Inc. or Outdoor Depot PH shall not be held liable for non-delivery of product due to the following circumstances beyond Filcon Ventures, Inc. or Outdoor Depot PH’s control and its affiliate partners:
  3. a) Unavailability of cardholder or authorized representative
  4. b) Incomplete or incorrect address or contact details
  5. c) Force majeure or act of God including calamity or bad weather condition, strikes, etc. Filcon Ventures, Inc. or Outdoor Depot PH reserves the right to charge additional delivery fee/s after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt due to unavailability of the receiver. Filcon Ventures, Inc. or Outdoor Depot PH shall wait for customer’s/cardholder’s advice before proceeding to the delivery attempt.
  1. You acknowledge that delivery of the products is subject to availability of the products but you acknowledge that while stock information on the site is updated regularly, it is possible that in some instances a product may become unavailable between updates.
  2. All delivery timeframes given are estimates only and delays can occur. If the delivery of your product is delayed, Filcon Ventures, Inc. or Outdoor Depot PH will inform you accordingly via e-mail and your product will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available.
  3. In the event you do not receive the product by the projected delivery date and provided that you inform Filcon Ventures, Inc. or Outdoor Depot PH within 3 days immediately from such projected delivery date Filcon Ventures, Inc. or Outdoor Depot PH will try to locate and deliver the Product. If Filcon Ventures, Inc. or Outdoor Depot PH does not hear from you within 3 days from such projected delivery date, you shall be deemed to have received the Product subject to your rights under Philippine law.
  4. Payments must be sent by the customer and confirmed by Outdoor Depot PH by 2pm Mon-Fri to be processed for shipping. 
  5. For Standard delivery, orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri). For Express delivery (Greater Manila only), orders before the 2pm cut off will be delivered within 1-2 days. All orders are subject to the cut off at 2pm on working days (Mon-Fri)
